Mentees in the programme are recruited through an application process that includes the completion of a Google form highlighting your background, experience with climate activism and your personal objectives. Applicants are also required to submit a 2 minute video saying what climate activism means to them. Mentees are paired with mentors and engage in informal conversations, capacity building seminars and a group project at the close of the programme. Applications open in December/January.
